API Documentation
Our goal is to help you get up and running with our APIs as quickly as possible. Our APIs come with full documentation to provide all the technical and business information you’ll need to integrate with us. In addition to this documentation, if you're still having trouble, feel free to contact us or post a message on the forum.
What's next?
Below are some scenarios that describes whats the next step in the process for becoming a TuGo API Partner
- I just got here, what's next?
- I registered, but the status of my key is "waiting", what's next?
- I got my Development Key, but something isn't working as it should, what's next?
- My application is complete, what's next?
The first step is to sign up and register an application. You will be assigned keys for the APIs that you wish to utilise. If you signed up for the Travel Advisory API, you are ready to start developing! Your key is active and you can access the API right away. If, however, you are interested in the Travel Insurance API, your key will be assigned but will only become active after the necessary approval process. Someone from TuGo will contact you to get this process started.
I registered, but the status of my key is "waiting", what's next?
Someone from TuGo will be in contact with you shortly to initiate the onboarding process. Once this process is complete your key will be activated. You will be notified once the key has been activated.
I got my Development Key, but something isn't working as it should, what's next?
The first set is to refer to the API Documentation. The documentation may contain the answers that you seek. We also provide I/O Docs (I/O Docs are our version of an API sandbox / playground) which allow you to test the endpoints using your key(s). If you can not find the answer to your question, feel free to post on our forums and someone from our API Support team will assist you.
My application is complete, what's next?
That's great! Now that your development is complete, send a message to your Regional Account Manager (RAM) or to our api support group. Pending the proper paperwork and a few setup steps on our end, you will be issued a UAT Key which would enable you to test your application against a mock of our production servers. If you wish, you may also present a demo of your application to our team. After all the testing is complete, you will be issued a Production Key. Once you have been issued the production key, the terms of service are in effect and you are responsible for any sales etc.
